Missed appointments and cancellations
We know that schedules change, emergencies come up, and sometimes life simply gets in the way. We understand that things happen, and we won't penalize you for an occasional missed or late-canceled appointment.
At the same time, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We value your time, and we ask that you value ours as well.
When missed or late-canceled appointments become a recurring pattern, our office reserves the right to charge a fee of up to the full amount of the scheduled appointment.
We will always do our best to work with you and communicate with you before a fee is assessed. However, chronic cancellations or no-shows may result in dismissal from the practice.
Our goal is simple: to respect everyone's time while making sure our patients receive the care and attention they deserve.
